Ferrier Artistry is not responsible or liable for any shipment issues such as damaged or lost products once an order is shipped out. Orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days. Please make sure all your information are correct such as your shipping address, payment type and item quantity. Once a package is sent out, I no longer have control of what happens to it.
